These are some of the best tasting "healthy" cookies ever. Not so healthy. But I tell myself that to justify it.
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1 Cup of chocolate chips
1. In bowl beat butter till creamy. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir until combined. Mix in applesauce and egg. Add flour, a little at a time. Stir in oats.
2. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
On another note..I had a few visitors this weekend outside my apartment window. Check out my ultra creeper pictures.
Those cookies look delicious. They are making me hungry.

CC cookies are like an Italian family's red sauce recipe, secret! Channing Tatum is amazingly gorgeous!!! So of course, I had to keep scrolling and see you have a love for leopard!
