"Forever 21"
Not only is my 21st birthday coming up(Yay!) But I bought a new skirt this weekend from forever 21 so I thought it was an appropriate title. This may just be one of my new favorite outfits for summer. I cant wait to wear it over and over and over, you get the idea.
