Weekend of Baking!

Oh Friends I cant even begin to explain what I've been up to the past day and a half !I've gone on a baking frenzy! While I Love baking, the more I have in my apartment of course I'm going to eat the treats! Yesterday I made these delicious Choco-Mint Blossoms which I found from Better Homes and Garden Christmas Cookie magazine. My roommate has had the magazine sitting on our coffee table for about a month now and I've been itching to bake something from it! I love having cookies to bring to events and social gatherings as the season draws near and it gives me a chance to show my Betty Crocker skills as well as have a delicious dessert! I also made pumpkin cream cheese muffins which are so incredibly moist and yumm! I found the recipe from this blog here!

And last but not least I was completely craving chocolate, but then again when am I not craving chocolate? But unfortunately I gave in and made a chocolate treat. I had marshmallows, peanut butter, rice krispies and chocolate chips so I thought to myself what can I do with all these? Lo and Behold a chocolate peanut butter rice krispie treat came to my mind! Check out my recipe below :) Now I have lots of delicious goodies in my apartment and my freezer, ready to eat, ready to be given away and brought home for my family to enjoy.

Hope you all had a great weekend, remember cooking is all about the fun of it! Don't be afraid to make mistakes! But feel free learn from my mistakes hehe . Today I was in my Pj's ,no makeup, hair thrown in a bun, in the middle of baking and I realize, oh shoot I don't have eggs. Well it was a early morning run to Walmart needless to say. So make sure you have all your ingredients first then bake on!!
