Pinterst Inspired meal: Alfredo pasta with asparagus and mushrooms

This meal was so yummy! I definitely cant recommend eating it every single day but once wont kill you. Besides there's vegetables in it and I use whole wheat pasta. If you want to get really adventurous you can make you own Alfredo sauce but working all day is draining sometimes and I didn't have the energy to be  Betty Crocker so I used Bertolli. It is really simple enough to make this recipe.



1. Blanche asparagus in water until fork easily goes through




2. Cook mushrooms in 1 tsp of butter until slightly golden and soft


3. Add both to cooked pasta and add sauce! Viola!
